1. Introduction

Welcome to Learnable Labs, Inc. (“we,” “our,” “us,” the “Company,” or “Learnable”). We operate as a Delaware corporation. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, utilize, process, store, and transfer your data when you access or use our AI-driven educational platform, websites, internal features, and associated software applications (collectively, the “Service”).

By interacting with our Service, you consent to the data practices outlined in this policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you must immediately cease all access to the Service.

2. Information We Collect

To provide, maintain, and aggressively optimize our advanced automated architectures, we collect several categories of information from and about our users, including:

  • Account and Profile Information: Verifiable identification information, such as your full name, electronic mail address, and associated authentication data provided via third-party secure access tokens.
  • User-Generated Content and Inputs: Any textual prompts, inputs, contextual questions, study materials, uploaded text segments, and electronic documents (including but not limited to PDFs and text files) that you upload or feed into the platform.
  • Interaction and System Log Data: Complete histories of user interactions with our platform systems, conversational logs, query paths, response evaluations, session parameters, and interactive context generated during learning workflows.
  • Technical Usage and Operational Metrics: Network telemetry, dynamic device attributes, anonymous performance metrics, software diagnostic logs, internet service provider identifiers, and platform navigation patterns.
  • Transactional Information: Financial records, authorization tokens, billing configurations, subscription history, and transactional status data managed alongside our secure financial vendors.

3. How We Use Your Information (Data Authorization & Machine Learning Training)

We utilize the data we collect for a broad array of operational, administrative, commercial, and technical development purposes. By submitting data to the platform, you grant us an expansive right to leverage this information to:

  • Operate and Deliver the Core Platform: Parse, convert, process, and execute computational actions on your uploaded files and text queries to generate dynamic automated insights.
  • Train and Optimize Proprietary Models: Utilize anonymized, de-identified, aggregated, or contextualized user inputs, files, prompts, and chat histories to train, calibrate, evaluate, and refine our machine learning algorithms, predictive models, synthetic generation systems, and underlying artificial intelligence architectures.
  • Enhance and Personalize the User Experience: Establish systemic learning patterns, analyze predictive usage trends, and configure behavioral learning models customized to platform interactions.
  • Administer Accounts and Process Payments: Oversee user access tiers, authenticate ongoing workflows, process transactions, and maintain historical billing profiles.
  • Ensure Security and Corporate Compliance: Detect, prevent, and legalistically mitigate platform abuse, illegal activities, intellectual property infractions, system anomalies, or cyber threats.

4. Data Processing and Third Parties

To provide a scaling multi-model platform, we share specific categories of data with external corporate vendors and infrastructure hosts. We abstract these entities into the following functional categories to safeguard our internal operational architecture:

  • Artificial Intelligence and Computational Language Model Providers: We transmit parsed text inputs, queries, and contextual study configurations to third-party large language model infrastructure APIs. These providers process data strictly to facilitate dynamic text answers and tutoring generation.
  • Advanced Vector Analytics and Contextual Embedding Services: We share uploaded file elements with specialized math modeling services to generate vector embeddings. This allows our systems to index context and deliver localized semantic search mapping within your profile.
  • Document Parsing and Automated Conversion Frameworks: We utilize remote secure file processing engines to standardistically format and decode various user-submitted file layouts into computational text structures.
  • Global Cloud Infrastructure, Hosting, and Databases: Your encrypted customer records, platform files, and analytics are archived and preserved using top-tier remote database services, server hosts, and global cloud computing content delivery networks (CDNs).
  • Payment Processing Infrastructure: Financial interactions and subscription fees are managed exclusively by a specialized, PCI-DSS compliant financial transactional platform. We do not maintain or possess clear-text credit instrument entries on our host servers.

5. Data Retention, Security, and Anonymization

We retain your personally identifiable information only as long as necessary to maintain your active user account or fulfill core corporate operations. You may delete specific files or execute a full account closure request at any time.

  • Retention of Anonymized and Aggregated Data: Notwithstanding any account termination or deletion request, Learnable Labs, Inc. reserves the right to retain, utilize, manipulate, and commercialize all user metrics, platform interactions, prompts, and processed inputs that have been structured into aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized datasets indefinitely.
  • Model Training Invariance: Once user content or inputs are integrated into mathematical model weight updates or trained algorithmic parameters through automated optimization pathways, such updates are structurally permanent and cannot be deleted or extracted upon account closure.
  • Security Limitations: We deploy commercially practical technical, physical, and administrative guardrails to secure data inputs. However, absolute electronic protection cannot be mathematically guaranteed over public internet routes.

6. Your Rights and Limitations

Subject to prevailing state laws within the United States, you possess the right to update your standard identification records, inspect data holdings, or close your operational profile.

Your deletion options apply exclusively to active, non-anonymized databases containing identifying personal records. These parameters do not extend to automated telemetry logs, synthetic usage models, system training weights, or system diagnostic metadata generated during your platform life cycle.

7. Anti-Spam Policy

Learnable has a strict zero-tolerance policy against spam. We do not engage in, endorse, or permit the sending of unsolicited commercial emails (UCE) or unsolicited bulk emails (UBE). All users must explicitly opt-in to receive communications from us. We do not sell or share user data with third parties for the purpose of unsolicited advertising. Any affiliate or third party found sending unsolicited messages on our behalf will have their relationship with Learnable immediately terminated.
